SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Grabnoot. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship orders placed on grabnoot.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping destinations We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international destinations.

2. Order processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal US holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at ashley@grabnoot.com.

3. Shipping rates and methods

  • Orders $45.00 and over: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $45.00: Flat rate calculated at checkout

The free shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts are applied, and does not include taxes or shipping charges. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Expedited shipping options, when available, are displayed at checkout with their applicable rates.

4. Estimated delivery time After processing, standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 4–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility.

5. Order tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the USPS website.

6. Shipping address accuracy You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify or reroute orders once they have shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the customer was unavailable to receive it after carrier delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost.

7. Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages Once a package is marked "delivered" by USPS, Grabnoot is not responsible for theft or loss from the delivery location. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and building staff
  2. Wait 24–48 hours, as packages are occasionally marked as delivered prematurely
  3. Contact USPS directly to file a missing-package claim
  4. If the package does not appear, email ashley@grabnoot.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution

For packages that are lost in transit (never marked delivered) for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will file a claim with USPS and reship or refund your order at our discretion.

8. Damaged packages If your order arrives damaged, please email ashley@grabnoot.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • A brief description of the damage

We will replace the damaged item at no cost or issue a refund, at your preference.

9. Order changes and cancellations Because we process orders quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order before it has shipped. To request a change or cancellation, email ashley@grabnoot.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.

10. Shipping during holidays and peak periods Processing and delivery times may be longer than usual during major holidays (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, December holidays) and USPS peak periods. We will post notices on our website and at checkout when this applies.

11. Sales tax Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax is not included in the free-shipping threshold calculation.
