Return and refund policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We stand behind Grabnoot. This policy explains how refunds and returns work, including our 7-Day Focus Guarantee. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
1. The 7-Day Focus Guarantee (first-time customers)
We believe in our product. If you're a first-time Grabnoot customer and you don't feel a noticeable improvement in your ability to focus during the workday within your first 7 days of consistent use, we'll refund your first order.
How it works:
- Try Grabnoot consistently for at least 7 days, following the directions on the label
- If you're not satisfied, email ashley@grabnoot.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief note about your experience
- We'll confirm your eligibility and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Guarantee terms:
- The Focus Guarantee applies to your first order only, one time per customer or household
- "Customer" means the same person, payment method, shipping address, or email — we reserve the right to deny duplicate guarantee claims from the same household or payment source
- You do not need to return the product — keep it, gift it, or dispose of it
- Refund covers the product cost only; original shipping charges (if any) and taxes are non-refundable
- The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewal orders, bundle/multi-unit orders beyond a single unit equivalent, gift purchases, or orders placed with a discount code of 30% or more
- We may request reasonable information to verify your purchase and eligibility before processing
We offer the Focus Guarantee in good faith. Repeated or abusive claims, false statements, or attempts to claim the guarantee multiple times under different identities will result in denial and may result in account suspension and refusal of future orders.
2. Standard returns (after the Focus Guarantee window or for repeat customers)
Because our products are consumable health supplements, we do not accept returns of opened products for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- Product is unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact
- You contact us at ashley@grabnoot.com before sending anything back, and we issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number
- The product is shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RA number
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- A 15% restocking fee may apply at our discretion
Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns sent without a Return Authorization number, returns of opened products, or returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted and will not be refunded. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us — we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email ashley@grabnoot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, at your choice. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately from the standard return process and the Focus Guarantee — you don't need to choose between them.
4. Subscription orders
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing ashley@grabnoot.com. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle and do not affect orders already processed or shipped.
Skipping or pausing: You can skip or pause an upcoming shipment from your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for a shipment, please make changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.
Refunds on subscription renewals: Subscription renewal orders (any order after your first) are not eligible for the Focus Guarantee. Renewal orders are eligible for the standard return policy in Section 2 (unopened products only, within 14 days of delivery). If a renewal charge processes and you intended to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of the charge — if the order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund it.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstance:
- Opened products (except under the Focus Guarantee for first-time customers)
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards
- Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or sold at 40% or greater discount
- Free items or items received as part of a promotion
- Shipping charges (except where required by law or where we made a fulfillment error)
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. We do not issue refunds to alternate cards, accounts, or as store credit unless required by law or specifically agreed in writing.
Processing timelines:
- Grabnoot processes the refund within 5–10 business days of approval
- Your bank or card issuer typically posts the refund within 3–10 additional business days
- If you do not see the refund within 21 days of approval, contact us and we'll provide a transaction reference
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first at ashley@grabnoot.com so we can make it right. We respond within 1–2 business days and resolve the vast majority of issues quickly.
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us — or after we have already issued a refund or replacement — may result in your account being flagged and future orders refused. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with full documentation, including order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history.
8. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they have shipped. To request a cancellation, email ashley@grabnoot.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under Section 2 or refund under Section 1.
9. Promotional and bulk orders
Orders placed using promotional discounts of 30% or greater, bundle deals, "buy more, save more" offers, or wholesale/bulk purchases are eligible for refund or exchange only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The Focus Guarantee does not apply to these orders.
10. Anti-abuse and policy enforcement
We offer a generous Focus Guarantee because we trust our customers. To protect that for everyone:
- We track guarantee claims by name, email, shipping address, and payment method
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel future orders, and ban accounts that abuse our refund policy
- Decisions on disputed refund requests are at our reasonable discretion
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The policy in effect on the date of your order applies to that order.
